Pay It Forward

Some of us are blessed with the luxury of a great life, with a great family and great friends. However, there are genuine souls who are not as lucky, surrounded involuntary by apathetic parents, damaged by uncaring friends, and burdened with an undeserving life. And although these people need help, we shamefully wait for them to ask us.

We are born careless, innocent, genuine and loving, oblivious to the cruel world we have now entered. In the mix of those attributes arises hope; the desire for good. Sadly, as we grow and mature, we soon become victims of the cruelty, and hope slowly, but surely, demises. Cynical people have self-interest intentions. So, realistic people are not cynical; they have lost hope in the good. And by building a wall around themselves, it is a way to feel somewhat protected. Hope is one of those things that once it is lost, it is extremely hard thing to get back.

But one way to reestablish hope is to strengthen the sanctity of friendship, a necessity in life that can be chosen. Friendship is not made up by what you say, but more in what you do. And we all hope that the friends we have are true. But those genuine people are hard to find; those who have good vibes, those who see good below the skin rather than what is on the surface, those who lift our spirits, rather than boast our egos, and those who show up when needed, rather than flee when wanted. Yet, there are so many people in this world filled with personal agendas, superficial goals, and unrealistic ambitions. And to get there, they tend to use other people, wither it be on a personal or professional level. However, the more we adhere to the sanctity of friendship, the better we can maintain that sense of hope, and maintain another luxurious attribute…

In all aspects of hope, friendship, and life itself, lies trust. With life, we put trust in it itself. Yet sadly, some people are guided towards an undeserving life involuntary by apathetic parents, damaged by uncaring friends, or simply by false hope and lies. So, this is where those who are blessed with the luxury of a great life step in, to reestablished that hope, friendship, trust and positivity in someone that is lost, broken or forgotten. We have the ability to rejuvenate a broken soul…

“The world is a big disappointment, unless you take the things that you do not like about it, and you flip them upside-down. It is simple; you do a favor that helps someone, and tell him or her not to pay it back, but to pay it forward to three other people, who in turn, each pay it forward three more times. Is it possible for one idea to change the world?”

Some of us are blessed with the luxury of a great life, with a great family and great friends. However, there are genuine souls who are not as lucky, surrounded involuntary by apathetic parents, damaged by uncaring friends, and burdened with an undeserving life. But it is reinforcing hope in someone, when all hope was lost. It is being that true friend, with the sanctity of friendship has been forgotten. It is letting someone trust again, when that trust has been broken. It is being that positive change in someone’s life! Pay it forward; the act of simply helping someone out…

Always remember to be the change you wish to see in the world…

Happy Endings,
